Return and Refund Due To Change Of Mind

Cine-Lite will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request
to return is received by us within 5 days of receipt of item and are returned to
us unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition within 30 days
Return shipping will be paid for and arranged by the customer.
We will notify you when we receive the returned item and after inspection we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Cine-Lite will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the
value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns
Cine-Lite will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is
submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will
reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
If your return is approved, we will notify you that the warranty claim is confirmed and you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

You will receive refund credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 


Items damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives with with signs of damage, please do not sign for the item, take photographs and contact a member or our team via email ( right away. If necessary, we will start a claim with the courier and we will process a refund or replacement as soon as they have completed their investigation into a successful claim.



Refunds or Returns will not be accepted due to incompatibility of any other product or service not listed on our website. 


Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will advise what to do.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, we strongly advise using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Cine-Lite takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit organized by you.
